Our Let & Rent Collection service deals with the tenant screening and move-in process, as well as making sure we have all of the supporting documents which meet your legal responsibilities as a landlord, to include regulation and a professional independent inventory which can be used at check-out.

We can upgrade a service at any point, Let & Rent Collection passes the day to day tenant relationship over to you and will save a professional landlord on average *£21 per property per month against a comprehensive fully managed service, a saving if you have lots of time and properties in your portfolio.

Accidental Landlord

This service costs £900 inc VAT and gives you everything you need, so you can sit back relax and enjoy the peace of mind that you are buying a property in the right area, at the right price and we are progressing your sale so it happens as quickly as possible.

Once the property is ready to let we can then continue the process and manage the tenancy until such time you are ready to buy another property or sell. And yes, you guessed it, we can help there too! We offer a favourable discount on your selling fees as a small thank you for staying with us.

The recent changes in regulations and legislation could catch out the most diligent of landlords, and as a result could invalidate any statutory notices if the tenancy is not dealt with correctly from the start.

As a result of the Deregulation Act we have reviewed all our current processes and customer interaction. Our review has taken 3 months of hard work, training and implementation so you can rest assured we manage your property in line with these changes. Internally this is known as the Customer Journey and maps out the steps we take to ensure we comply with your responsibilities and regulations.
