  • Collection of rent by standing order with rents transferred into your bank with a monthly statement of account of rent
  • Accounts department with a dedicated account manager
  • Free eviction for non-payment of rent within 12 months of our decision, subject to an approved reference for each tenancy application.

  • Free and impartial taxation advice with a qualified accountancy firm (1 hour capped)
  • Accompanied court visits in the unlikely event of a tenancy dispute**
