Letting or renting a property can be tricky enough without being confused by the some of the words and terms that you will come across. We have compiled a list of the most used words and phrases to help with any confusion!

Agreement

Refers to the confirmation of instructions and declaration document and these terms of business, which together form the contract between you and us.
Break Clause

A break clause gives the landlord or tenant an option to give notice (usually 2 months) during the fixed term of the tenancy. A break clause will be detailed in your tenancy agreement and will usually be at the 6 month point of a tenancy.
